Curated by Federica Pirani and Claudio Crescentini, the exhibition presents more than 80 works. The setting up was created by Kentridge for MACRO museum.

The exhibition shows charcoal sketch of the figures created by the artist for the illustration on the dam of Tevere (the illustration is located between Ponte Sisto and Ponte Mazzini).

The exhibition shows also a serial of unpublished ink and pastel draws  and an unpublished big decoration on a paper (long more than six meters) that reproduces the huge illustration of the dam of Tevere.
 
Videos of the creativity process of the artist, very important for understand the evolution of the project “Triumphs and Laments”, will also be shown.
